09/03/2022 23:00 - First night being plugged

Have been plugged for 21 hours since i started the project. This morning at 6, after sleeping with the plug, i removed it because i went to work. I inserted it again at 15 when arrived at home. Went to a 2 hour lecture at the university with a friend of mine, it was a 10 minutes walk from home. Once in home again i took a shower without the plug and inserted it again before leaving the bathroom. I am not shure that i will sleep too well this night. If that happens i will remove the plug, i need to sleep a bit. Also i don´t want to force my ass too much on the start of the project.

10/03/2022 - First day at work being plugged,

Today i slept pretty well. I woke up and reapplied lube to the plug before taking my breakfast and going out of my home. Today i decided to go to work plugged, and it was an intense day because of it. I had no troubles at all, but the 1 hour driving and 3 hours working got me tired. It´s the first time i drive and worked with people with such a huge plug. I tried to forget about it, but it´s so large i was always thinking about it, contracting my ass every time and moving a lot. After working i bought something to eat in front of the Major building and went home. My way back was a bit more uncomfortable since i was sit down a long time during the morning, but once at home i reapplied lube and went to my room. Slept for 3 hours before having dinner, was really tired. Now i am going to watch a movie and sleep.

I slept every single night since i started the project 4 days ago. It´s being a bit pushy, but I am handling it pretty well. Yesterday i had to remove the plug because we went out at night, and I noticed that i was plugged for more than 36 hours straight. This is really important for me because now i know i can be plugged for very long periods of time. Of course i need to train more, but I am happy in general.

Today I upgraded the plug. Now it is 6.8 cm diameter at the thinnest and 8.2 cm at the largest. It doesn´t look like a huge improvement, but it is believe me. Now i am at my bed, with a huge hungover, plugged and ready to order somethig for the dinner and go to sleep.

26/03/2022 - Big update after a break

Something big happened in my family, so i had a break from anal play for a long time. I started two days ago but I don´t feel that good, so I am giving myself a lot of space. Anyway, the plan continues after 10 days of no anal play. It will be slow but I will come back to the normality.

I don´t want to break the 'mood' from this website but it is what it is. Anywan here it goes some pictures of today. See you!

Long term plugging. Let´s document it!

I will spend one year in another country doing an European Volunteering Project among with 5 people. Will not say the details of the project for obvious reasons, but i need to explain some things to give some context to you. Everything that i write for this post is real, but i may change some names for privacy.

The place we are staying is an apartment with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. For now i have one room for myself but it can change in the future. There are two girls and 3 other boys at the house.

From the beginning i did a big friendship with one of the girls, let´s call her Laila.

Everyday we spend a lot of time together at mine or her room watching movies, talking, cuddling, sleeping, etc. We never kissed or had sex, but sometimes we are way too much effective with each other.

Why i am explaining this? Because i will be plugged a lot of time, maybe cuddling or sleeping. And of course i will write it down.

We started the project one month ago, and i had no clue how i was going to keep myself plugged because, as you know, i usually only wear the plugs i make in my 3d printer. And i did not bring any plug with me. But yesterday i remembered that i used to build my own plugs even before i had my 3d printer with just toilet paper, a pencil and electric tape.

Yeah i know, it sound pretty bad, but believe me when i say that you can make a really "real" and safe plugs with only those materials. And a condom to cover it, of course.

Yesterday bought the materials and today I built my plug. It´s a little bit smaller than the biggest i have in my home, but it´s bigger than most of the plugs you can buy out there. It´s 8 cm in diameter at the largest part and 6 cm in diameter at the thinnest part (25 cm and 19 cm circumference).

My biggest plug is 8.6 cm in diameter at largest part and a little bit less in the thinnest.

I did not hesitate and had put in the plug straight away and it´s been 4 hours since then to the moment i am writing this words.

I already had dinner with the guys, had a shower and was cuddling in my bed with Laila while using the plug, underwear and a thin pijama. If i bend right in front of someone it´s pretty likely that a bulge will appear on my pants.

Last year i had a great plug size development. It´s possible that i had reach my physical maximum circumference of 8.6 cm with solid plugs, and 9 cm circumference with silicone ones. But i don´t use my largest plug in long term because it´s not confortable at all. I have improved in the times for shure, but will love to wear them all day long. I could not use them as much as i would like because of my old job, but now i am free to wear a plug virtually always.

That being said, i would like to announce my project for the year:

I will wear a big plug for long term, slowly increasing it´s size, and will document all the process.

I already have an excel file where i will put the hours i wear the plug in each day of the year, among the amount of days i sleep with it, times I masturbate, etc. I plan to make some graphs and make some notes on the process.

For now i only have the excel, witch i am enhancing with more features, and the plug witch is already on my ass.

Don´t know how, but will put the excel online almost daily so everyone can follow the progress. And, maybe once a week or two, i will post something here.

My 3D printed plug size progression

Hello! Today i will show you the progression of my 3D printed plugs through the time. There will be a picture of the plug and just below it a description with dimensions and the most important aspect of it.

Somewhere a year ago i printed a bunch of plugs trying to find the best size and shape to my butt. I found that the narrow shape on the base and a smooth transition between small and larger part was ins fact the best for me. After the first plug, the left one, i bought the B-51 and instantly i found out that it was too big for me. Since then i printed a few more plugs to open my ass to the point i am right now, where i can insert the B-51 in a few minutes.

Here we go with the details of each plug. Every size is given in circumference and centimeters.

The smaller, and the best for extreme long term wearing. The small size is perfect to wear it all the time i want without any discomfort. Even with that possibility i don´t remember the last time i used it. As you can see, i found more pleasure as larger the plug. The sizes are 22.8 at the largest part and 16.5 at the smallest.

Here we have my daily driver. It´s the natural progression from the last plug, and i can wear it for a few hours, even a full day. After that it becomes a little uncomfortable, but i can wear it a full week doing a half day on, half day off. Sleeping with it is really enjoyable. The sizes are 24.5 at largest part and 18.8 at smallest.

This is a special plug for me. When i want to train my outer sphincter but i don´t want to have a lot of discomfort i choose this one. The largest part is the same dimension as the last one, 24.5, but the smallest part is 21.8. As you will see, this is the plug with the largest neck i have. It is even larger than the B-51. A thong is needed to hold it in place if i want to walk with it, or even sleep.

The next daily driver, i hope. The next level from my actual favorite plug. It have the largest head of all my plugs, but right now is pretty difficult to hold it inside for more than two hours. I need to train my insides more often to take it for a long term. The sizes are 25.7 and 19.8.

I said that i can insert it with a few attempts, and it is not even the largest plug i have. But there is something with it that i can not tell... the weight... the shape... i don´t know, but is really hard to keep it in. Maybe the silicone makes it really hard to remove once the lubricant is absorbed because it hurt a little bit compared to the 3D printed plugs.

Designing and printing a plug with a 3D printer

 After a few years designing and printing my own plugs in my own 3D printer, it is time to share with the world what i have learned, what i have done wrong and what it is mandatory to play with 3D printed toys safely.

The main idea is to show you the know how i learned from all this years. Maybe you will choose another way to design your toys, but i think this guide will be a good start point.

There is five main points and a recommendation at the end of this post.

Idea and dimensions

First of all you need to know what you are going to design. I choose to design a plug, because it is easy to design and print, and i love them of course.

As i have a few plugs printed, i will use one of them as example.

I use the circumference dimension because is easier to me to keep a track of the plugs i print and use. Sometimes i have plugs with just 5mm of difference in circumference and, trust me, is a big difference for the ass.

Now ask yourself the dimensions do you want and draw it in a paper, it will help you later. If you want to calculate the diameter from the circumference use the expression circumference/3.14 and this one for calculate the circumference from the diameter: diameter*3.14.

The diameter is 2*radius, so if you want to calculate the circumference directly from the radius the expression is radius*2*3.14. Easy.

Designing and exporting

I use Fusion 360 to design my plugs. I will no explain how to use this software since they do small changes in every update and this will be outdated soon, so my recommendation is to look for some videos on youtube of how to create and model in Fusion 360. Maybe this will be the less informative part of this post. Anyway i will post a short video of how i use the software. Sorry for not be able to explain more about this process.

Slicing and printing

Once you have your STL file exported from Fusion 360, or any other program you use, it´s time to slice it using Cura 3D, Slic3r PE, Kisslicer, Simplify3D, etc. I like Slic3r Prusa Edition, But i will not show hot to use any slicer here, but how to make your plug strong and safe. 

After a lot of printings i decided to print all my plugs with at least 6 perimeters, that includes bot and bottom. For the infill i use 20% or 15% in 3D honeycomb, but linear should be fine. layer heigh is 0.2 for me, with 0.4 nozzle. I have printed with 0.16 and 0.12 heigh, but it takes forever to print and do not really matters.

At the video below i show how i manage to reduce the print time from 12 hours to 9 with just tweaking the speed of printing and adding more perimeters. Thats because a linear and continuous prime is faster, even if you replace that extra line with 15% infill than 25%. Sometimes is better to make the entire model done in perimeters if you want to reduce print time and complex printings. But if you want extreme strength, 2 or 3 layers mixed with 100% infill with small overlap and perpendicular directions every layers should be done. I can tell you that the first option is the correct one. Even with PLA the result will be really satisfactory.

In Slic3r PE, there is an option named "Gap fill" in Speed options,  in Print Settings tab. If you let this at "0 mm/s" the distances between the perimeters or other lines that do not reach a minimum distance will not be filled and the print will be weaker, specially in round prints like this one. Even this being true, i have tested some plugs with this in "0 mm/s" and it came very strong. Sometimes i use it at 0, and sometimes at 45 (the speed is up to you and your printer, any speed will activate this function).

Everything i said above can be saw in the first seconds of the video.

Test and preparation

This is easy, just try to rig apart you plug with your hands. I usually compress with all my forces around the plug simulating the sphincter (a strong one), and try to separate the base from the body simulating an extraction of the plug from the ass. I always do this with all my strength and never had any problem out or inside my butt.

Once the integrity of the plug is checked, it is time to protect it with a condom and a Tenga egg. Follow the pictures:

You can see clearly that the condom is not full down in contact with the Tenga egg, and thats because the neck grows again before reaching the base. Using the plugs this way is unsafe and not confortable at all. I recommend to design the plugs with the neck smaller at the lowest place, where it touches the base.

This one is better. You can see the condom covering the neck all the way down till the base. The print came out with the artifacts you see there because the printer has some stability issues, but its pretty strong. Actually it is the plug i am using right now and the biggest i can hold for a long time.

Use

The use of a plug is really simple. Insert it.

Jokes aside, i have to say that the condom will deteriorate with one use. I am used to leave the condom on the plug two or three times, but only in a short period of time like in one or two days. If you leave the condom too much time it will break easily when you insert it. Only use one condom, more than that makes the protection weaker than before.

If you leave the Tenga egg on the plug stretched till the base, the protuberances will perfore the silicone. My recommendation is to remove the condom and the Tenga egg if you are going to store the plug for more than one day.

Short explanation of how i design plugs in 3D software

 Hello! Hope you all are doing good. @pluggedman asked me if i could do a video showing how i design my plugs. Today i recorded a compact video of how i do it with Fusion 360. I am not a proffessional in 3D design, but i am trying to improve. In the video below you can see how i desing a free model with only a few tools of the software. I am aware that there is a lot of powerfull tools in it, but i don´t know how to use them. Anyway, i am happy with the results. 

As you can see, modifying the dimensions of the plug is an easy task since i can edit the historial, and the scale factor in each axis. After i finish the design of the toy i´ts time to use a slicer tool to send the file to the 3D printer. Each plug takes 6 to 10 hours of printing, depending on the infill, perimeters, layer heigh, etc. The cost rounds between 2€ - 3€ each one, depending on the same factors.

If anyone is wondering about the safety issues i can assure that the plugs cames out very strong. I test every print with a lot of pressure around the neck and at the base, the critical parts. For inserting it i use a condom to cover the plug intself and a Tenga Egg to cover the base that goes in contact with my body.

This is a very short post only to show you the way i follow to make my own plugs. In the future i will post a more detailed guide with some tips on the printing part, as well how to cover the plug successfully.

My largest plug

 I own a bunch of plugs, but only one is bought and all the others are 3D printed. The non printed plug is a Domestic Partner B-51, big and heavy. I like to use it but only when i previously had my ass stretched. I don´t use it for  a long term because its too long, and my body is not receptive with long plugs. My ass likes large plugs, not long.

For a long time i was not able to insert it, but after one year since i bought it i finally inserted it for a few minutes before removing it. It happens every time. First i get used to the biggest plug i have, then i try the next one without success. But in just a few weeks, maybe months, i finally manage to completely insert the next size plug for a few moments before the urge to remove it appears. Is the same thing for the next three or four times before i can hold it for a half hour. Then one hour, then two, then four, then i can sleep with it all night long. And when i can hold it for a couple of days, it´s time to repeat the process with a bigger plug.

I am using a pretty big plug right now, but i already have the next one printed and ready to use.

The dimensions of my actual plug are 24.5 cm diameter at the thickest part and 20.5 cm diameter at the smallest part. My next plug have 26 cm at the thickest and 21 at the smallest part. Not too much difference but i can assure you that it is. Actually i have to hold my plug for a few hours before i could insert the biggest one for a few minutes. I am thinking in printing another plug with sizes between the actual and the biggest.
